1. 50 x air squat, 50 x pushups
2. 50 x lunges, 50 x burpees
3. 50 x mountain climbers (L+R=1)
4. 50 x burpees, 50 x lunges
5. 50 x pushups x 50 x air squats
**50 x jumping jacks in-between each exercise!!**
