Some moments define the rest of your life. For me, it was a night sitting by a campfire, homeless, with my mental health at an all-time low.
We had lost everything. I felt like a failure—to myself and my family. My self-care plan was in tatters, and suicidal ideations were creeping in.
At that moment, I didn’t know what was ahead. All I knew was that the way I had been living—suffering in silence, trying to push through on my own—wasn’t working.
That night, Invisible Injuries was born.
This isn’t just my story. It’s the story of so many veterans, first responders, and others navigating PTSD and mental health challenges. If you’re here, you’re not alone.
🔥 Have you ever had a moment where you had to choose between giving in or pushing forward?
