When we talk about PTSD recovery, the conversation usually focuses on therapy and medication.
But what if that’s not enough? For me, it wasn’t. I needed something that worked in my body—not just in my head.
That’s where breathwork and movement changed everything.
Therapy helped me understand what I was feeling.
But it didn’t stop the flashbacks, the tension, the anxiety.
Meds numbed me.
I needed something else.
Something real.
Something I could actually use in the moment.
Breathwork wasn’t instant.
It took time. But slowly, I noticed the difference.
✔️ My sleep improved
✔️ My reactions slowed
✔️ I felt more in control
I wasn’t just reacting anymore—I was responding.
Invisible Injuries isn’t about theory.
It’s about practice.
It’s about sharing tools that actually help people rebuild, reset, and reclaim their sense of self.
And that starts with breath.
🔥 Have you ever tried breathwork? What was your experience?
